LS3 Construction did a fantastic job on our remodel. The entire house was outdated and dark, with wood paneling in every room. LS3 brought our vision to life and we could not be happier with the way it all turned out. Wes was quick to respond to every call and text addressing any requests or concerns. We are so thankful we chose them for our remodel. We plan to work with them again in the near future.

Wes is an amazing general contractor. He carried out his promises and he goes above and beyond his responsibilities to fulfill his job duties. For example, he remodeled my kitchen/floor and he found problem with our recent repair foundation. He took extra time, effort, hours of work and material to fix it for us. He didn’t even charge us extra. That is how amazing this guy!!! He does an amazing job with construction and he is very proud of his work. For this industry, he is very honest, truthful, hard worker and he sticks to his quote of his work for you. I would highly recommended him to any of my friends and family. If I need any remodeling, I would trust Wes for his work, which sometimes it is very hard to find in this industry.

LS3 is a fantastic company to work with and would highly recommend them for any job! LS3 built us a stunning metal hand rail for our staircase and I can’t rave enough! Not to mention the quality of work met all standards but their professionalism and customer service is top notch. We will definitely be giving them a call for any future projects!

My Husband & I got married January 1, broke ground with LS3 on February 1, and were totally moved into our GORGEOUS home August 15th! LS3 made our building process seamless. They are professional, caring (important quality for sure) & when they say they’re doing something- it gets done. We are so thankful that we chose them to build our favorite place!! LS3 Construction completed a Master Bedroom/Bathroom and closet remodel and I am so happy with it! Would recommend them for any building project. Plan to use them again!

Extremely professional. Remodeled our master bathroom for wheelchair access, also added shower bench in compliance with ADA (Americana with Disabilities Act) standards.

We were so nervous about finding a contractor we’ve had terrible luck of not being able to get a hold of people in the past and most did not set expectations. I am so relieved we found this group! We were not really sure what the issue was with our foundation but they took their time and care and found the correct problem which reduced costs rather than just fixing what could have been the problem and the issue occurring again. They were punctual every single day and Wes took the time to explain to us what was going on and explaining our options in a way we could understand before they did anything. We also had a counter top raised so we could fit a normal sized washer under it and their attention to detail even down to the molding exceeded my expectations. I also asked about a couple odd jobs such as light outlets not working and they fixed those and some additional work! They came in under budget even with all the last minute items I inquired about. I felt like they really took care of my home like it was theirs and they didn’t just do what was expected but made sure everything was how it would be wanted if it was theirs. Paul was my main contact on site and he was great! Also my dog loved them! I would recommend this group to anyone looking for anything construction or repairs in their home.
